Andreas Gutzeit
An award-winning writer, producer, and director, Andreas Gutzeit began his career almost 25 years ago at ABC News, where he worked on Prime Time Live, Nightline, and World News with Peter Jennings. In 2000, he co-founded STORY HOUSE Productions and has guided a long list of successful shows to fruition. Andreas is currently the Executive Producer for the Discovery Channel’s most talked about new series, Swamp Brothers, National Geographic Channel’s The Indestructibles, and the Investigation Discovery series Mainstreet Mysteries. Andreas has also Executive Produced Story House’s first 3D production: Rise of the Jellyfish 3D as well as numerous documentaries including, Egypt's Lost Rival, 2012: The Final Prophecy, Al Qaeda 2.0, Blinding Horizon, Amazon Warrior Women, The Cole Conspiracy. He has produced, directed, and written several marquis specials that include China’s First Emperor, The Berlin Wall, and Nine Men Down. He has also served as Executive Producer for the Emmy-nominated programs Holy War, Inc. and Countdown to Ground Zero. Andreas received the 2003 DC Filmmaker Award for the TLC documentary Past Lives: Children’s Stories of Reincarnation and the Best Documentary award at the DC Independent Film Festival for Robert Ressler: The Man Who Lives with Monsters.

Carsten Oblaender
Carsten Oblaender co-founded STORY HOUSE Productions in 2000 with Andreas Gutzeit. Recently, he produced and directed Story House’s first 3D special, Rise of the Jellyfish for the Discovery Channel and served as the executive producer for Paranatural, a limited series for the National Geographic Channel. Carsten also wrote, directed and produced the National Geographic Channel special, Holy War, Inc., for which he received his first Emmy nomination. He produced and directed, Blinding Horizon, the sequel to Holy War, Inc. which was shown in a congressional hearing to members of the U.S. House of Representatives. Carsten Oblaender's credits also include Mission Ops: Assignment IEDs for Discovery Times; the Emmy-nominated Countdown to Ground Zero, and The Cole Conspiracy both for the History Channel; Al Qaeda 2.0, a 60-minute special that helped launch the Discovery Times Network; Amazon Warrior Women, which aired to critical acclaim on ZDF, The National Geographic Channel and PBS; and several true-cirme series including Crimetown USA, The Real NCIS, and Missing Persons Unit. Carsten Oblaender began his career with German Public Broadcaster, ZDF where he served as the executive producer for the landmark millennial series, 100 Years - The Countdown.

Henning Marten
Henning Marten is General Manager of Story House Productions in Berlin. He is a Writer, Director and Producer and began his career more than a decade ago in Hamburg. He developed and produced TV-magazines, features and documentaries for all major German broadcasters, such as ARD, ZDF, RTL, Sat.1 and DW-tv. His main topics are history, politics, science and economy.

Thomas Zwiessler
Thomas Zwiessler is General Manager of Story House Productions GmbH in Germany, based in Munich. He oversees the development and sales activities of Story House in Germany. Thomas Zwiessler joined the company in January 2010, after 10 years as a senior executive at the ProSiebenSat.1 Group. For 4 years he headed Germany’s # 1 daily science magazine “Galileo”. Subsequently he was Head of Science, Editor in Chief of ProSieben and Senior Vice President Factual of the GermanFreeTV Holding. Before his career on the broadcaster side he wrote, directed and produced features and documentaries for various German and international channels, among others Battle in the Northern Sea, Greenpeace against Shell (ProSieben), Giants – Made in USA (kabel eins), Secret Operations World War 2 (kabel eins), Men against Mines in Angola (kabel eins, CNN), and the Air Force One Special (Premiere). Thomas is also freelance teacher for storytelling at the Bavarian TV academy in Munich.

Jens Afflerbach
Jens Afflerbach is the Creative Director and Co-Founder of Story House Productions. He started his career as a writer and director of numerous TV-documentaries. He developed and produced new documentary formats for the international television market, among them the century chronicle, "100 Jahre" (ZDF), "Der grosse Foodcheck" (BBC / ProSieben) and most recently the weekly documentary series Galileo Mystery for ProSieben. Jens Afflerbach also works as a freelance lecturer for script writing and storytelling. His work has been awarded numerous international television prizes.

Vincent Renner
Vincent Renner is the Chief Financial Officer and EVP Business Development & Strategy at Story House Productions. He has previously run and founded a number of ventures, including Newcom Americas, a large Latin American based telecommunications and facilities based company. Prior to that he worked for JP Morgan in Mergers & Acquisitions in the Media and Telecom area in New York, Latin America, and Asia.

Genevieve Croteau
Genevieve Croteau is the Vice President of Development at Story House Productions. She started her career as a Writer/Researcher on several series, and soon found her sweet spot in development. She comes from independent production company Sirens Media, where as Director of Development she helped greenlight hundreds of hours of programming for networks including Discovery Communications, MTV, and Lifetime. Prior to that, she headed development for BrainBox Entertainment.
